You definitely won't be wrong to call Tuesday "windy." Strong, sustained westerly winds of 30 to 40 mph, with higher gusts, will dominate Tuesday's Red River Valley weather and many counties outside the valley from mid-morning until later Tuesday night, the National Weather Service says.
