Dayton, facing deadline on K-12 schools bil, expected to veto it

Minnesota Republicans have urged Gov. Mark Dayton to sign it to resolve 40 percent of the state budget and give schools some security. Democrats have outlined objections ranging from cuts to a racial integration program to a prohibition on teacher strikes.
