Area FBI head calls terrorism, fraud priorities

The new head of the FBI in Minneapolis tells The Associated Press that counterterrorism and health care fraud will be among his top priorities. Donald Oswald was appointed special agent in charge of the FBI's Minneapolis Division earlier this month. He will oversee the FBI's operations in Minnesota and the Dakotas.
