Winter storm warning for western, central N.D. late Saturday through Monday morning
Talk of a strong storm potentially bringing significant amounts of precipitation to the Northern Plains became stronger Thursday. As of Friday morning, the more likely - but still uncertain - National Weather Service scenario puts snow in the northern Red River region and rain to the south.
