Latest car seat advice gets mixed reception from parents

Many children graduate to a forward-facing car seat on their first birthday. But the American Academy of Pediatrics last week said that 1 is too soon. It says that children who face backward until they're 2, or until they meet the height or weight limits of their car seats, are less likely to die or be injured in a crash.
