Colo. concussions law most far-reaching in country

The nation's most sweeping rules addressing youth-concussions in sports was signed into law Tuesday in Colorado, where the guidelines for protecting child athletes will require coaches to bench players as young as 11 when it's believed they've suffered a head injury.
