Area's flood fight has a new weapon: TrapBags

Buzz Waid is the inventor of TrapBag, colossal bags that will be used by the city of Fargo and Cass County instead of about seven miles of sandbags or clay. TrapBags are a series of 100-foot long-pentagon shaped bags connected side by side like an accordion. The bags are filled and become 4-foot- or 6-foot-high barricades against floodwaters.
