Anoka-Hennepin teachers reject merit pay program

Local teachers union president Julie Blaha says 75 percent of the teachers who voted this week needed to support the Q Comp program to send it to the Anoka-Hennepin School Board for final approval. Only 59 percent of the 2,034 teachers who voted supported the plan.
