Cirrus jobs to stay in Duluth, Grand Forks after sale

Aircraft-maker Cirrus Design said Monday it’s agreed to be purchased by CAIGA, a Chinese aviation company, but that jobs will remain at its plants in Grand Forks and Duluth. The deal is expected to close mid-year after federal and Chinese government approval.
