WEATHER: Wind chill advisory extended to 6 p.m.

3 to 7 inches of snow expected in southern N.D., west-central Minnesota
North winds of 10 to 15 mph combined with below-zero temperatures are producing wind chills of 25 below to 35 below in the northern Red River region and the Devils Lake basin, the National Weather Service said. That prompted the weather service to extend its wind chill advisory.
