SB2224 in the North Dakota Legislature would offer a $100 bounty for coyotes until 2,000 are taken. Funding would come from the Game and Fish appropriation bill. Roger Rostvet, deputy director of the North Dakota Game and Fish Department, testified against the bill Thursday before the Senate Natural Resources Committee.Word count: 772
