Woman accused of stealing Salvation Army kettle in southeast Minnesota

Authorities say an Eyota, Minn., woman went to the Salvation Army store in Rochester with her sister, who used a Salvation Army voucher to purchase clothes. Then, according to police, the Eyota woman allegedly grabbed the bag of clothes, along with a red donation kettle on the counter and fled.
