WEATHER: Time to talk 'wind chills' again

Strong northwest winds and falling temperatures today mean one certain thing: Wind chills are back in our weather talk - today falling to the neighborhood of zero degrees for some of us, according to the National Weather Service office in Grand Forks. Many of us will also see widespread accumulating snow Saturday night and Sunday, with as much as four or more inches possible through the weekend.Word count: 505
