Corn harvest brings in record yields

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, a full third of North Dakota’s near-record corn crop and 30 percent of Minnesota’s record corn crop came off in the week ended Saturday. Because both states have more corn than just about ever before, such a pace likely is a record, experts say.
