Temps fall below freezing across northwestern Minnesota

It froze but good in Fosston, Minn., early this morning, with the mercury falling to 28 degrees for nearly four hours, enough to crimp crops some. A few other sites across eastern North Dakota and northwestern Minnesota fell to freezing or below early today, and a warning is out for early Sunday for freezing temperatures across much of extreme northwestern Minnesota.
