Rhonda Schnacky’s bread production begins on the ground floor. Schnacky not only grinds the flour she uses in her organic breads, she also uses organic wheat grown on her farm near Red Lake Falls. Schnacky sell the breads, which include wheat, rye and white, at the Mentor (Minn.) Farmers Market on every Saturday during the summer and once a month during the rest of the year.
