Backers of pharmacy measure seek spot on N.D. ballot

The measure would eliminate North Dakota’s requirement that most North Dakota pharmacies be owned by a pharmacist or group of pharmacists. Supporters of the change say it would allow large retailers to sell prescription drugs more cheaply from their own pharmacies.
