Downtown EGF retailers hunker down

It might be a little harder for Grand Forks residents to visit downtown East Grand Forks businesses after the Sorlie and Point bridges close Thursday as expected, but there are some advantages, according to Tim Behm, general manager of Whitey’s Cafe. There's plenty of parking, and the second floor patios and balconies make for great spots to watch the Red River.Word count: 534
