Authorities in Norman County, Minn., said the Wild Rice River is rising fast, forcing the closure of several roads. The Minnesota river rose 3 to 4 feet Friday night into Saturday. The National Weather Service reported it had measured 18.33 feet at 3 p.m. Saturday. Flood stage is 20 feet.
