MPCA fines Hallock oil company

Johnson Oil of Hallock, Minn., has agreed to a pay a $24,500 civil penalty and completed actions requested by the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency to settle alleged violations of state storage tank regulations, the MPCA said in a statement Thursday.Word count: 104
