Interstate 29 reopens from Grand Forks to U.S.-Canada border

No-travel advisory lifted in eastern N.D.; some area roads still have difficult stretches for driving
Travelers are able to use Interstate 29 between the U.S.-Canada border and Grand Forks again, according to the North Dakota Department of Transportation and state Highway Patrol. The interstate reopened this morning, and the no-travel advisory in eastern North Dakota also has been lifted.
