More snow and (ugh) cold
Much of the Red River Valley is in a winter weather advisory until this morning, and some areas were expected to get from 3 to 6 inches of snow. Blustery conditions will cause hazardous driving conditions, and temperatures are expected to plummet overnight, in some areas as low as 40 below, according to the National Weather Service office in Grand Forks.Word count: 601
