WEATHER: Snow expected late tonight into Wednesday, when strong winds arrive

One to three inches of snow is expected across the northern Red River Valley starting late tonight and continuing into Wednesday, according to the National Weather Service forecast. Windy conditions Wednesday afternoon and night will help usher in dangerous wind chills that are expected to stick around into Thursday night.
