Sioux bounce back from break with victory over Niagara

The UND men’s hockey team knew that a 21-day break, the longest in program history, would be no excuse Saturday afternoon. Not when Matt Frattin was back and buzzing around the ice. They dominated lengthy stretches of play during a 3-1 victory over Niagara in the opener of the Shillelagh Tournament in suburban Chicago, moving on to tonight’s title game at 6 p.m. against host Notre Dame.
