Hearing postponed in tribal hunting case

Andrew Morin, a Spirit Lake tribal game official charged with harassing waterfowl hunters on the reservation, had his initial court appearance postponed until Dec. 28. He had been scheduled to appear in state district court in Benson County in Minnewaukan, N.D., on Monday on a charge of criminal coercion, a Class A misdemeanor, and interfering with the rights of hunters and trappers, a Class B misdemeanor.
