N.D. NEWS: Airline boardings up ... Troopers: No evidence of attempted kidnapping

Boardings at North Dakota’s eight commercial and regional airports in October increased 5.1 percent over the year. State Aeronautics Commission director Larry Taborsky said boardings in the state were up 2,988, bucking a slight decline nationally. He cites several reasons for the jump in North Dakota, including the oil industry and hunting seasons.
