WEATHER: Winter storm watch becomes winter weather advisory, but snow, blowing snow still in forecast

A winter weather advisory is in effect until 6 tonight, with three to six inches of snow expected generally along and north of U.S. Highway 2 in both northeast North Dakota and northwest Minnesota. The winter storm watch is canceled. Four to six inches of snow is expected in counties closest to the Canadian border.
