Her mother, Kristi, stood with Tia and 1-year-old Robert, tucked in a stroller with coats and bags and diapers, as dad Kevin Trainer got a haircut courtesy of Project Homeless Connect, a one-day coordinated effort by 30 agencies to reach out to a growing homeless and near-homeless population.
