County officials in North Dakota are not of the same mind when it comes to accepting federal stimulus money to help pay for certain economic development projects. Grand Forks County commissioners have declared the county a “recovery zone,” opening the door to more than $30 million, while Burleigh County commissioners have decided against a recovery zone designation and $9 million.Word count: 797
