The North Dakota Game and Fish Department will continue to issue remaining doe licenses through the end of the archery season. There’s no limit to the number of licenses a hunter can receive. Nearly 90 percent of the deer licenses have been issued, but nearly 15,000 antlerless licenses remain for the 2009 season, in several units.Word count: 774
