Trial bag for pintails, canvasbacks and hen mallards ended last fall; N.D. to finalize regulations in a couple of weeks
North Dakota was one of nine states in the Central Flyway to offer Hunter’s Choice regulations the past three seasons as part of a three-year trial. Basically an aggregate bag, Hunter’s Choice allowed hunters to shoot one hen mallard, or one pintail, or one canvasback as part of their five-bird daily limit.
