WEATHER: Not-so-festive thunderstorms possible after 4 p.m.

Thunderstorm with penny-size hail and a spurt of wind gusts to 45 mph could disrupt some late-afternoon or evening activities in the Red River region, the forecasters say. More certainly, Art Fest activities will be under a partly cloudy sky -- yes, the sun has made an appearance -- with pleasant temperatures, very light winds and a chance of isolated showers and, maybe, thunderstorms.
