Station wagons can freak people out. Like waking up to find a spider walking across your face, the idea of driving a station wagon can trigger immediate, involuntary revulsion. Not even pavement-shredders like the 2007 Subaru WRX, a budget-priced adrenaline pump that had a wagon in its model line, could shake it.
