Fargo, Moorhead work to protect good water from bad

The bad water is rising from the swollen Red River. The good water is flowing through the cities' drinking water and sewage treatment plants, and officials say protecting the good water from the bad is their top concern. Fargo and Moorhead need only to look to their northern neighbors in Grand Forks - and the great 1997 Flood -- to see the nasty outcome if the city's water infrastructure fails.
