TECH NEWS: Apple unveils tiny iPod shuffle that talks

Apple rolled out its third iteration of its low-end iPod shuffle with speech-based functions that tell users what song is playing and who the performer is. The VoiceOver technology on the $79 device, which the Cupertino, Calif., company calls the world's smallest digital music player, will list the names of play lists, giving users a new way to navigate their music on the screen-less iPod.
