Pawlenty’s plan includes millions for schools

Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty’s budget plan released Tuesday includes $41.45 million to expand the Q Comp program to all schools in the state and another $91 million for the “Pay for Progress” program, both for fiscal year 2010-11.
