GF officer found guilty of reckless endangerment appeals his conviction

A Grand Forks officer found guilty of reckless endangerment after being accused of forcing a man stand in dangerously cold weather during a February 2008 traffic stop is appealing his conviction. Officer David O'Toole was sentenced last month to serve 40 hours of community service and two years of unsupervised probation.
