An executive of windmill blade maker LM Glasfiber says “tremendous things” are expected from the company’s Grand Forks plant and no layoffs are planned there, despite cuts in Arkansas. LM Glasfiber announced Tuesday that the company will cut 150 employees in Arkansas and halt production at one of its two plants in Little Rock.Word count: 256
