Officials urge motorists to stay off roads Friday

South Dakotans were urged to limit their travel today as blizzard conditions continue to plague the state.
Tom Dravland, state Public Safety secretary, said he was concerned about residents driving to New Year's Eve celebrations. He urged revelers to stay close to home this year during a teleconference with reporters Friday morning.
