Thirsty’s removes shelter wall to comply with smoking ban

The owner of Thirsty’s has decided to stop butting his head against a legal wall.
Doug Aslesen said he has decided to comply with Davison County State’s Attorney Pat Smith’s interpretation of the new state smoking ban and would remove one of the walls from a smoking shelter at the bar in northern Mitchell.
