No damages awarded in Holznagel death suit

A jury awarded no damages Wednesday to the family seeking monetary compensation for the 2006 death of 16-year-old Ethan Holznagel.
It was the third day of a civil trial at the courthouse in Mitchell resulting from a lawsuit filed by the Holznagel family against Dependable Sanitation and its former employee, John Cutsinger. The five-man, seven-woman jury returned a verdict in favor of the business and the Norfolk, Neb., man.
