Lawyers spar over Salgado interviews in Guevara case

Law enforcement officials defended their November questioning of murder suspect Alexander Salgado as part of a pre-trial suppression hearing Wednesday at the Davison County Public Safety Center in Mitchell.
Lawyers on both sides presented arguments during the hearing, which was held to determine whether or not transcripts of police-led interviews of Salgado should be admitted. Judge Sean O’Brien said he will issue a written decision on the matter in April.
