SD submits its quarterly stimulus report; $219 million spent so far

PIERRE, S.D. (AP) — South Dakota has turned in its first quarterly report on stimulus spending, and it shows state government has spent $219 million of the estimated $632 million in federal stimulus funds allocated to state agencies.
