Storm dumps wet snow on city, region

The second of two fast-moving spring blizzards in a week struck southeastern South Dakota late Saturday and early Sunday, shutting down roads and stranding travelers.
Some area snowfall totals posted by the National Weather Service included 10.3 inches in Mitchell, 10 inches in White Lake; 7.5 in Fulton; 8 inches in Burke and 4 inches in Carthage.
