Western S.D. sees blizzard warning

There wasn’t a county in South Dakota that wasn’t under some type of weather watch or warning Monday.
The National Weather Service issued blizzard warnings in most of western South Dakota, where visibility problems were expected to surface throughout the evening. Interstate 90 from the Wyoming state line to Chamberlain was closed by Monday afternoon with officials expecting 18 to 24 inches of blowing snow to hit about 15 West River counties.
