Halloween becomes a more grown-up holiday

For all the children’s Halloween activities in the Twin Ports — trick-or-treating at local malls, college dorms and door-to-door and an afternoon children’s rock concert at World of Wheels in Superior — a scan of tonight’s events indicates that adults also have laid claim to the holiday.
