Enbridge asks for more time to study findings in fatal pipeline accident

The Pipeline and Hazardous Material Safety Administration ruled Oct. 1 that Enbridge could pay up to $2.4 million in fines for inadequate training and procedures. Enbridge was originally granted a 30-day review.
