College men's hockey: Bulldogs get shut out by North Dakota

A definite trend exists in Dave Hakstol’s 10 seasons behind the North Dakota bench. North Dakota has posted a better record in the second half of the season in nine of those 10 years, and this season has been one of the starkest examples. The Grand Forks-based program continued that trend Friday night with a 3-0 shutout over Minnesota Duluth before an announced crowd of 6,762 fans at Amsoil Arena.
