Judge: Feds can keep money seized from head shop owner's Superior home

The federal government can keep more than $750,000 seized last month from the Superior home of Last Place on Earth owner Jim Carlson, and officials now can seek assets that belong to his girlfriend, a federal judge ruled Monday.
