Design and build a robot from scratch, know how to perform CPR on a person who’s choking and shoot a moving target with a muzzle loading shotgun. These are just some of the tasks that must be mastered to reach the ultimate rank in scouting. While thousands join the Boy Scouts each year, only about 4 percent become Eagles.
